Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was okay overall with some positives like the friendly service but also some drawbacks such as the small bathroom. The location was convenient for exploring downtown El Paso and nearby National Parks, though it had some noise issues. Dining provided a decent variety of options considering the circumstances but still left room for improvement.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit cramped and small, facing both the courtyard and the street, with issues adjusting the water temperature in the shower. The location was good, downtown El Paso with security in the parking area, but it needed some cleaning up in certain spots. The dining experience was a step up from the usual, but ended up being disappointing with limited choices like corn flakes and cheese pies. Overall, a decent hotel with some areas that need improvement.
The hotel had some issues with the tiny rooms and the shower but was one of the cleanest places we stayed at. The service was very friendly, especially with Robert in the restaurant. The location was nice, offering a great place to relax with a drink and meet other travelers.
